Otherwise it will be like reading books and thinking leadership change. Do you want to be a leadership reader or a leadership achiever?
Stage 3 “Build yourself a new way.”
– At work, Communities everywhere
“When you find it the keep it and live the new way!
Live the new thoughts; build it into who you are and what you do! There is no reverse gear!
Stage 4 “Live the change.”
– Inspire others
– Develop others
– Find a new path
“ When you have achieved this destination then start again.”
The work of a leader continues to evolve. The only constant is those moments when you lead.
