The 4 stages of leadership!

Stage 1 “Reflect on old ways of leadership.”

 – Realization for change

 – Personal Reflection

“You realize that you need a new path.”

The only constant is that leadership is always changing.

Stage 2  “Change is a priority.”

– Build Teams

– Mentor and Coach

“ Innovate and know that the old ways to lead no longer work.”

“Work at it and Do it!

Otherwise it will be like reading books and thinking leadership change. Do you want to be a leadership reader or a leadership achiever?

Stage 3  “Build yourself a new way.”

– Relationships

– At work, Communities everywhere

“When you find it the keep it and live the new way!

Live the new thoughts; build it into who you are and what you do! There is no reverse gear!

Stage 4  “Live the change.”

– Inspire others

– Develop others

– Find a new path

“ When you have achieved this destination then start again.”

The work of a leader continues to evolve. The only constant is those moments when you lead.

I've decided to pursue my passion in jewellery designs since I love femininity and all things beautiful and sparkly, well almost all. I'm a proud mother to two gorgeous and amazing girls. I recently left the corporate world, went through a tragic loss and relationship breakdown yet I'm here alive and still very much wanting to pursue my dreams and maintain a state of happiness. This site opens up a new world for me to share and if I'm really privileged connect with with others.
