About Peter Lanc!!

It is not enough to attract and retain top caliber people.

All organizations must have the business fundamentals, the culture, the structure and the leadership to ensure that quantifiable, bottom-line results can be delivered and sustained now and over the long term.

My responsibilities have included running business departments and functions.

I know what it takes to design and deliver business & operational strategies for results.

My operational, business HR, expertise has meant that I have helped organizations in a wide range of sectors become more competitive, more productive, more creative, and more client-focused, by building teams that are strategic, value-driven, business-savvy and partnership-modeled.

I am a passionate believer that a company that lives and breathes its vision, mission and values is stronger and more agile on a business level, and is a place where people and teams are naturally inclined to deliver to their maximum potential and in turn maximize business performance.

My strength as an HR (Business) Executive is my ability to recognize ingrained assumptions and patterns of operation that aren’t productive, and offer practical, cost-effective and value-based solutions.

I have steered many organizational changes, recognizing the culture and environment in which that change took place.

As such, I know what it takes to rally employees and stakeholders around an innovative concept or vision, and to translate it into a pragmatic, workable on-the-ground solution that makes good business sense.

Peter is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, (Masters Degree in Human Resources) and a Bachelors in Business Administration and Human Resources.

Peter is working with a number of businesses helping them become profitable and on leadership and engagement programs.

I've decided to pursue my passion in jewellery designs since I love femininity and all things beautiful and sparkly, well almost all. I'm a proud mother to two gorgeous and amazing girls. I recently left the corporate world, went through a tragic loss and relationship breakdown yet I'm here alive and still very much wanting to pursue my dreams and maintain a state of happiness. This site opens up a new world for me to share and if I'm really privileged connect with with others.
